Reporting a problem
If you've spotted a bug, a broken link, an incorrect HEX value, or a contrast-checker result that looks wrong, include the following so the issue can be looked at quickly:
- The page URL where you saw the problem.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Your browser and operating system, if the issue looks display-related.
Content corrections
Articles and palette descriptions are reviewed periodically, but mistakes happen. Corrections about colour values, accessibility thresholds, or factual claims on any page are welcome — send the page URL and the correction to the general enquiries address above.
Privacy and data requests
For questions about how your data is handled, how cookies are used, or to exercise any rights under GDPR or CCPA, use the same address and reference the Privacy Policy in your message.

iPalette doesn't offer phone support, live chat, or paid consulting. It also doesn't take requests to promote third-party products inside articles or palette pages — those emails will not receive a reply.
